    My Home Personal Trainer will work for everyone that makes the long term commitment to fitness and health, through our balanced approach to personal fitness training and a complete and healthy meal plan solution. Our fitness programs are designed to be effective for everyone, because they are tailored to meet your specific fitness and health goals.


  3. I just signed up for one of your Personal Fitness Plans with a Personal Trainer, now what happens?
    Once we receive your payment, your Personal Trainer will be in touch with you via email within 24 hours providing you with your login and password information and a complete explanation of getting a quick start with your fitness goals.


  4. What is the difference between a FREE Virtual Training Plan and a Personal Trainer Plan?
    At My Home Personal Trainer you have the option to pick from a Virtual Fitness Training Plan, where you self manage your fitness training plan and design your workout programs or select from our pre-designed workout programs. When you select a Personal Trainer program, then we assign a Certified Personal Trainer to you that helps you design and manage your fitness training program for the life of your membership.


  5. What if I want to change one of my fitness programs, once I sign up for your Personal Trainer program?
    Your Personal Trainer will work with you to keep your personal fitness programs fresh, creative and ever challenging. If you want to change an exercise or a complete program, then just email your personal fitness trainer and let them know you are ready for an upgrade. They will work with you in changing specific exercises or redesign your entire fitness program.


  6. I have never used a Personal Trainer before, what program do you suggest I select for the best fitness experience?
    We highly recommend that if you have never used a Personal Trainer before, then you should select one of our programs that provides you the support of a Personal Trainer so they can complete a fitness assessment and determine the very best fitness program for you. They will stay in close contact with you via email or with our Platinum program you can have Fitness Phone Coaching included to talk with your Personal Trainer on a regular basis.


  7. How long will it take for me to see fitness results, using My Home Personal Trainer?

    Absolutely you can with our Balanced and Healthy Meal Planning Solution. Choose your favorite foods from our 7000 food list or add your own and develop a healthy meal plan that is right for you.


  9. Do you have any workouts that are pre-designed for me?
    We have a wide selection of designed workout programs as well as 6 week fitness plans that are easily added to your fitness training calendar. Just select programs that are designed to either help you lose weight, build muscle, or develop a toned fitness body.


  10. How easy is it to create workouts on my own?
    We provide a library of over one hundred different workout routines. These workout routines vary from beginner to advanced levels, and can be customized to achieve different fitness goals. You can easily copy them to your profile and make any necessary modifications.

    In addition, the Routine Wizard gives you the ability to create a routine in seconds. Narrow down muscle groups and equipment, and in a couple more clicks your routine is ready to go!


  11. How easy is it to schedule a workout plan?
    One of the most time saving features we provide is Fitness Plans. Fitness Plans provide a quick way to add weeks of workouts to your fitness calendar. We provide a library of tons of different fitness plans based on goals such as muscle toning, weight loss, sport specific, and more! You can then copy this Fitness Plan to your profile (all workout routines will be copied to your profile as necessary) and apply it to their fitness calendar. Imagine setting up weeks of workouts in one click!


  12. Can I sync up my workouts and food diary to my Mobile Device?
    Yes. We understand that 3-ring binders make it difficult to see real progress over time. So trade it in the bulky binder for a Mobile Device and watch your productivity soar! You can see days worth of upcoming workout routines on your mobile to take with you when working out. And for your food diary it is a snap to record your diet with your device. How to get it? Simple. Just go to www.myhomepersonaltrainer.com using a mobile device such as a smartphone and you will be prompted to login to the Mobile Web App version. Doesn't get any easier than that!


  13. Can I have my fitness programs emailed to me?
    Yes. You can set up your profile to have your upcoming workouts and/or planned daily diet emailed to you automatically each morning.


  14. Can I add my own exercises or foods to the program?
    Yes. There are currently over 1000 different exercises with image and video in the application, as well as over 7000 foods with nutrition information. To this you can add your own exercises with images and whatever foods you may need.


  15. Is using a fitness plan online safe?
    At My Home Personal Trainer safety is our number one concern and we focus on making sure that we get you to complete an online fitness and health assessment and determine first that you are physically capable of beginning a personal fitness program. Additionally, if you have any questions or concerns, we ask that you always consult with your personal physician before starting any personal training program. All our trainers are Certified in Personal Training and all our programs include both still and video exercise movements to help you visualize correct technique and form. We also provide you on-going access to your personal trainer via email or phone to ask all your fitness related questions to ensure that we support you all along the way.


  16. Should I consult a physician before starting a fitness program?
    You should always consult your physician before starting any fitness program, whether it's online or one on one. Safety in fitness training is always our number one focus at My Home Personal Trainer. Make sure you provide your trainer with any previous injuries you may have had or other restrictions that your doctor has prescribed for you.


  17. What if I do not like my fitness program?
    If you signed up to work with a Personal Trainer and within 30 days of the beginning of your membership if you find that My Home Personal Trainer does not deliver on helping you reach your fitness goals, then your training is on us. No questions asked. We guarantee our service with a full money back policy.
