Procedure :
3 cl Garlic minced 1 Ancho chile -- briefly Toasted and ground in a Spice grinder (approx. 4 ts) 2 tb Chopped fresh oregano 1 tb Gold tequila 3 Generous Tb chopped pecans Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 lb Unsalted butter (1 stick).
