Blackberry SauceRecipe : Blackberry Sauce
Procedure :
1 lb Blackberries 3 tb Sugar 1 tb Lemon juice Serve this with duck. COMBINE BERRIES, sugar and lemon juice in a pot. Cover and cook until bubbling, about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat, place in a food processor and blend. Pass through a strainer to remove the seeds. Chill before serving. Can be frozen for up to 1 year. Makes 1 Cup |
