Baby Vidalia Onion PieRecipe : Baby Vidalia Onion Pie
Procedure :
-Waldine Van Geffen VGHC42A 2 lb Baby Vidalia onions; thinly -sliced 1 Stick butter 3 Eggs; well-beaten 1 c Sour cream 1/4 ts Salt 1/2 ts White pepper 1/4 ts Tabasco 1 Pastry shell; unbaked x Grated Parmesan cheese Saute onions in butter. Combine eggs and sour cream. Add to onion mixture. Season mixture and pour in pastry shell. Top with cheese. Bake at 450~ for 20 minutes, then at 325~ for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
