Cajun CakeRecipe : Cajun Cake
Procedure :
2 c All purpose flour 1 1/2 c Sugar 1 1/2 ts Soda Pinch of salt 2 Eggs 1 lg Can crushed pineapple Icing 1 c Sugar 1 c Pecans 1 Stick of margarine 1 c Coconut 1 sm Can of Pet milk Mix the cake ingredients together and bake in a 9x13 inch pan. Icing: Combine sugar, margarine and Pet milk. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in pecans and coconut. Pour over cake. Randy Rigg |
