Fresh Mango ChutneyRecipe : Fresh Mango Chutney
Procedure :
2 c Diced mango (avoid fibrous -parts) 1/4 c Chinese preserved black -beans, rinsed 1/4 c Green onions, thinly sliced -on the bias 1/4 c Diced red onions 2 tb Grated ginger 2 Red jalapeno peppers, -sliced in thin circles 1 sm Sweet red pepper, diced ------------------------1/2 CUP MIXED, CHOPPED FRESH------------------------ Oregano Zest and juice of one lime Zest and juice of one orange 1/4 c Rice wine vinegar 1 c Light olive oil 1 tb Toasted cumin seed Mix together all ingredients; adjust seasoning with salt and citrus.
