Procedure :
--------------------------FOR POULTRY, PORK, FISH-------------------------- 3/4 c V-8 juice
1/4 c Vodka
1 t Prepared horseradish
1 t Lemon juice
1/2 t Soy sauce
1 ds Hot pepper sauce
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1 cup
