Belgian LoafRecipe : Belgian Loaf
Procedure :
1 c Sugar 1 c Raisins 1 c Milk 1/4 lb Shortening 1 Egg 1 c Flour 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Baking powder 1/2 ts Soda in saucepan put first 4 ingredients and bring to a boil, cool. Then stir in 1 egg, then the dry ingredients, mix in 2nd. cup of flour. Bake at 350 for 45 min. ----- |
