Apple-Raisin Drop CookiesRecipe : Apple-Raisin Drop Cookies
Procedure :
1 Pkg Pillsbury Moist Supreme Yellow Cake Mix 1 Tsp Cinnamon 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg 1/2 Cup Sour Cream 2 Eggs 1 Cup Apple -- Coarsely Shredded 1/2 Cup Raisins 2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar 1. Heat oven to 350*F. Grease cookie sheets. In large bowl, combine cake mix , cinnamon, nutmeg, sour cream and eggs; blend well. Stir in apple and raisins. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls 1 inch apart onto greased cookie sheets. 2. Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheets. Cool 5 minutes or until completely cooled. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired. 4 dozen cookies. |
