Apple Nut MuffinsRecipe : Apple Nut Muffins
Procedure :
2 cups sifted flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup drippings or other shortening 2 eggs 3/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened 1/2 cup chopped nuts Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together. Add melted drippings and mix. Add beaten eggs, applesauce and nuts. Stir only until flour is moistened. Fill greased 2 1/2 inch tins 2/3 full.
