Apple Dabble Cake with Frosting

Recipe : Apple Dabble Cake with Frosting

Procedure :
3 c Plain flour
1 1/4 c Oil
2 c Sugar
3 Eggs
3 c Raw apples; chopped fine
1 c Chopped nuts
1 ts Salt
1 ts Soda
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Vanilla
1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
Mix well. Bake in a tube pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Frosting: 1 stick of butter 1 cup light brown sugar 1/4 cup milk Mix and let boil 5 to 10 minutes. Pour over cake while hot and let stand for 2 hours. Randy Rigg -----
